The Bitcoin Principal-Protected Contract (BPPC) will be an investment product under Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, enabling CoinSure to raise capital from accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals as a private placement and without the need for SEC registration.

CoinSure intends to work with Registered Investment Advisor sponsors to secure our ability to provide investor suitability recommendations to clients for this product.
